Srinagar Police arrested 03 drug peddlers, contraband recovered

Srinagar: 1st December 2020:

Srinagar Police in its offensive against drug peddlers, Police Party of Police Station Rainawari intercepted a vehicle bearing Redg. No. JK01AJ-6547 and during search of the vehicle Herion like substance approx. 5.50 gms was recovered from their possession.

In this regard Case FIR No. 58/2020 U/S 8/20, 29 NDPS Act stands registered in Police Station Rainawari against the following accused persons namely:

1. Iqram Bulbul
S/o Ashraf Bul Bul
R/o Upper Soura, Srinagar.

2. Bilal Kuchai
S/o Aziz Kuchai
R/o Nawab Bazar, Srinagar.

3. Mahee Shair
D/o Farooq Ahmed
R/o Jal Mohalla, Rainawari Srinagar

Locals of the area have hailed the Police action & are expecting that this type of action against drug menace shall continue in future also.
