Baramulla, Oct 04 : Security forces launched a cordon and search operation in north Kashmir’s Baramulla village is underway.
Sources informed Kashmir Despatch that security forces pressed drones in service to trace out hidding militants in the Nowpora village of Baramulla.
An official in a chat with Kashmir Despatch informed that sofar no contact with militants has been established, he said whole area is sealed and searches are underway.
Earlier, on Saturday night a joint team of Army’s 52 RR, SOG and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation in Nowpora village following inputs about the presence of some militants.(KD)
