Smartphone brands including Apple, Xiaomi, Oppo, Realme, Vivo and Samsung have increased the prices of their handsets. The new prices have come into effect starting April 1 following the Indian government’s move to increase GST rate from 12% to 18%. While Xiaomi, Realme and Samsung issued official statements on price rise, other vendors including Oppo and Vivo have quietly increased the prices of their devices. Here are new prices of some of the popular smartphones from Apple, Xiaomi, Samsung, Realme, Oppo and Vivo:

iPhone 11 Pro: New price at Rs 1,06,600 onwards, increased by minimum Rs 5,400

iPhone 11: New price at Rs 68,300 onwards, increased by minimum Rs 3,400

IPhone 11 Pro Max: New price at Rs 1,17,100 onwards, increased by minimum Rs 5,900

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro Max: New price at Rs 16,499 onwards, increased by minimum Rs 1,500

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro: New price at Rs 13,999 onwards, increased by minimum Rs 1,000

Xiaomi Redmi K20: New price at Rs 21,999 onwards, increased by minimum Rs 2,000

Xiaomi Mi A3: New price at Rs 12,999 onwards, increased by minimum Rs 1,000

Xiaomi Redmi 8A dual: New price at Rs 6,999 onwards, increased by minimum Rs 500

Xiaomi Redmi K20 Pro: New price at Rs 26,999 onwards, increased by minimum Rs 2,000
