JKSSB Class IV exam: 2363 applicants appeared in III phase

DC inspects facilities at several examination centers

GANDERBAL, MARCH 01: 3rd phase of JKSSB class IV exam today concluded smoothly in Ganderbal district.
To have firsthand appraisal of the facilities made available for aspirants appearing in Class IV exams conducted by the SSB, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Ganderbal, Shafqat Iqbal along with Additional Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal, Farooq Ahmad Baba today inspected various examination centers setup within the district.
As many as six centers for 2715 students were setup within the district among which 2363 appeared in the examination.
The DC on the occasion enquired about the facilities made available for the aspirants like seating, cleanliness, drinking water, lighting and inspected the arrangements regarding COVID-19 like availability of hand sanitizers, masks and maintenance of social distance in examination halls.
Expressing satisfaction over the arrangements, the DC directed the concerned officers to ensure conduct of examination in a fair and transparent manner.
Meanwhile, Magistrates and videographers were deployed at all the examination centers besides district police had also put in place all necessary security arrangements for smooth conduct of examination.
