Assistant (Panchayat) in Department of Rural Development & Panchayati
Raj, Advertised Vide Advertisement Notice No 02 of 2020 dated 06-07-
2020 under Persons with Disabilities (PwD) & Ex-Servicemen (ESM)
category.

In continuation to this office notification issued under endorsement no
SSB/Secy/Sel/2021/46-52 dated 04.01.2021, where under list of candidates shortlisted for
document verification in respect of District Cadre Posts of Accounts Assistant
(Panchayat) in the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj,
Advertised Vide Advertisement Notice No 02 of 2020 dated 06-07-2020 was issued
under OM, RBA, SC, ST, EWS, ALC/IB, PSP and OSC (Except Persons with Disabilities (PwD)
& Ex-Servicemen (ESM).
The candidates called for Documents Verification under Persons with Disabilities (with
Blindness, Deaf & Hard of hearing and Locomotor disability) in pursuance of Government
Order No. 147-SW of 2014 dated 17.06.2014 & Ex-servicemen (ESM) is indicated at Annexure
“A” to this notice are hereby informed to appear for Document Verification before the
designated Document Verification Committees as per the dates and venue shown against
each, at 10.30 AM sharp.
i.
The said candidates are required to appear before the Document
Verification Committee with the following documents in original; and
 Copy of Online Application form.
 D.O.B Certificate.
 Reservation category certificate, if applicable.
 Domicile Certificate.
 Discharge Certificate, along with PPO number and Ex￾Serviceman Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
 Persons with Disabilities (PwD) Certificate issued by the
Competent Authority,
 Other documents as per the advertisement.
Bonafide certificate on the format prescribed by the Board
duly issued by the Controller /Registrar of the concerned
University in respect of candidates, who have obtaineddegrees from the Universities/ Colleges outside the State of
J&K, other than Central Universities.
ii.
The candidates are required to produce Online Application Form as well
as above original documents together with a self-attested photocopy of
each document/ certificate/bonafide on the day of document verification.
iii.
Some candidates are figuring in reserved categories, based on the
details they have incorporated in their data i.e online application
form. Their respective claims on this account are further subject to
production of valid reserve category certificate during the process of
document verification, in addition to the normal process of verification
indicated at para 2(i) and 2(ii).
iv.
The shortlisting and subsequent selection is subject to outcome of any
writ petition pending before the Hon’ble Court.
However, shortlisting of remaining 1% of PwD candidates earmarked for candidates
with autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability and mental illness and multiple
disabilities from amongst persons under clauses (a) to (b) including deaf-blindness in the post
identified for each disability shall be notified separately, in due course.
