Admission Notification (Under Choice Based Credit System Semester Scheme) for Under-Graduate
thSemester of Batch 2018 (Regular)
It is notified for the information of all concerned candidates that the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor has
pleased to authorize the B.A/B.SC/B.COM/B.C.A/B.B.A/B.M.M.M.C/OCMIL/FAZILA (CBCS) 5
thsemester on Provisional Basis (as a special case). The admission formalities for completion of
admission in the affiliated colleges of the University shall be available from 03-09-2020 upto 30-09-
2020 on the following terms and conditions:
i. All the candidates of B.A/B.Sc/B.Com/BCA/BBA/BMMMC/OCMIL/FAZILA (3rd and 4th Sem)
Batch 2018 shall be eligible for admission.
The dropout candidates of Batch 2015 to 2017 & Annual scheme batches (2nd year), who have
not sought admission in 5th& 6th Semester scheme yet are also eligible for admission.
ii. The candidates of Batch 2018 (only) seeking admission in 5th& 6th Semester shall visit the
Information Cell of the College concerned for Enrolment Sheet and do not need to download
any Admission form.
However, the candidates of Batch 2015 to 2017 & Annual Scheme, seeking admission in 5th &
th Semester, shall have to submit the Online Admission Form available on the University
Website. In case of any discrepancy related to online form submission, the candidate shall visit
the Information Cell of the College (with all Original documents) in which he/she intends to
seek admission. The said form will be available on the University website
iii. The candidates have to submit the Enrolment Sheet (Batch 2018)/downloaded Admission form
(Batch 2017 & older) for 5th& 6th semesters in the college concerned with a specific subject
combination as per syllabus in vogue.
iv. The College, making use of the unique Form No.s printed on the Form shall accept the new
form on the University on-line portal.
v. The College shall assign the subjects online as mentioned by the candidate in Enrolment
Sheet/ Admission form.
vi. For (a) Confirmation of subjects (assigned online by the College) and
(b) Submission of requisite fee in the College concerned,
The candidate is required to check MyFormStatus page (available on University Website
www.kashmiruniversity.net)by entering his/her University Registration No.
vii. The candidate needs to confirm the subjects (assigned online by the College)on MyFormStatus
page, strictly prior to the generation of Fee Receipt.
viii. If the subjects shown on the MyFormStatus page are not as per the choice of candidate,
he/she shall immediately visit College Information Cell for subject correction within stipulated
time (before Fee Receipt generation).
